罗伯特came and did his due diligence - I thought it was an alternator issue. Turns out just a dead battery which he replaced. Was great to have someone look at it without having to tow it to a shop.

罗伯特called me the day of my appointment to tell me he had run a little longer than expected on the previous job. He said we would be about 20 min later then my scheduled appointment and asked me if that would work for me or would I like to reschedule. I said that worked for me and he was there in 20 min. He was polite, very knowledgeable, loves working on cars and listened to what I had to say before getting started. He had all the tools, parts, etc, needed for this job because he took the time to get the necessary info to do the job right and was ready to go. He replaced the front sway bar bushings on my 2008 Grand Caravan in just over an hour at my house. Covered the driver's seat while checking mileage etc. Cleaned up when he was done. So convenient and fast compared to going into an auto shop. Car battery died and with a busy work schedule I was stressed. I had initially called my insurance company for roadside service to see if they could get someone to bring a new battery and install but unfortunately there were no available contracted providers, but they did say they would reimburse if I hired someone my self and submit a claim. So with the help of google I found “your mechanic” service to bring and install a new battery. The online scheduling is super easy and def worth it if you need to schedule around your busy life. The mechanic Robert was great! Came promptly and explained the next steps clearly. I am glad I choose this service company and would highly recommend Robert to others for his professionalism. Thank you for making this ordeal easy!

When I described another problem I’ve been having that I thought might be related, he agreed to add another repair to my quote on the spot. Luckily, I already had the part, and Robert kindly agreed to install it after the first job was complete. Bottom line, my overheating problem has been fixed and I now have heat in the cabin for those cold mornings. Very happy with the labor I was charged for as well. Perfect experience.
