He even tried calling nearby Honda dealer for me - but their service dept was already closed. The cylinder needs to be opened and reset (it would be best to have a locksmith or Honda dealer handle). Mechanic suggested a locksmith that assists with this problem and is able to reset key code (in Hammond, IN). Aside, from that he quickly inspected the car provided me with additional recommendations that would be beneficial for the cars upkeep. He couldn't run a full diagnostic since car didn't turn on. He took pictures of car and I received my work quote on-line via email. This was very convenient (especially knowing that it can be done at home allowing me to complete my daily routines). I am glad they offer this service. I will definitely use again either at home or work.
