He did not have work experience working with "transmission". Also "Your mechanic" do not service "transmission" related issues. This is not good for the customer, as I will have to again take the car to some other body shop for the transmission problem. I called up "wheel works" and they quoted $160.00 for the diagnostics of the transmission code. They would not rely on the code found by "Your mechanic".So in a way I will be spending money again on the diagnostics. The service report which I received from "Your mechanic" had quotation for fixing one of the codes. But no mention of the transmission code found. Also I had to call them to email the "service report". It was not found on the web site under my A/C. I am going ahead with "Your mechanic" to fix one of the codes related to "Evacuation Solenoid Valve" as they are giving me credit for the diagnostic fees. Overall an okay experience. They still need to win my trust. So my overall experience with "Your mechanic" is 2 to 3 star as of now.

EJ Showed up about an hour earlier than expected! Which was awesome as it a loud me to get back to work earlier! I had started the process of replacing my starter in my BMW 528. Got stuck and made an appointment through your mechanic! it was awesome we finished the job together in about 1.5hrs!!! Highly recommend EJ!

Came twice. Once to do the diagnosis, and second time to do the fix. On time both times and thorough in his approach. Diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. Took care to make sure everything else was returned to original condition.

I would recommend him to everyone I know!!! He is well knowledgeable and friendly!!!

EJ does amazing work. He arrived originally to do a brake/rotor replacement with an overheating diagnosis, and after analysis of the brakes determined that things were fine, so proceeded with the engine analysis. After working with him to test cooling factors and a radiator replacement based on the variables in play, he went above and beyond in the engine to find the logical root cause of the engine overheating, which unfortunately isn't a driveway-level solution. His knowledge is stellar, and he is extremely professional and friendly when it comes to customer relations. I would highly recommend him as your go-to mechanic.
