He greeted me with a handshake and a smile then right to work when he was done gave me a little history on my motor which will be very helpful in the future

Communication prior to arrival was great. Notified when he was on his way and again when he had arrived. His OBD did a good job of reading codes and gave failures that AutoZone did not. He is friendly and knows what he is doing. I have already recommended him to several others. My only complaint is that (and this is nothing to do with ben) it has been 6 days now and I have yet to receive a quote from the office.

Ben is awesome! Came in replaced both my radiator hoses. Quick, right on time and did excellent work. Great communication leading up to when he came out - we were texting back and forth the day before because I provided the parts so wanted to make sure I had all that he needed. Will recommend to everyone I know. Plus he came out to my house which was awesome. Did not have to leave my car at the shop all day or anything like that. Simple job - took an hour and my car is all set and good to go! Honest dude.

Ben was great. First, he listened to what was going on and then did the repair. I asked a lot of questions and he answered everything without losing patience with me or my car. When one of his usual tools didn't fit in my car, he had no problems switching up the plan and got everything working.
