Brandon was very friendly & knowledgeable. He asked me to give him an overview of what had been happening with my car and listened attentively. Using this information, he worked to diagnosis the primary issue. Once he assessed that there was a leak in my car's radiator, he showed me the exact spot of the leak and demonstrated what was going on under the hood (we used water from a hose to put into the car so I could see the leak firsthand). Brandon explained at each step along the way, making sure to give a complete summary of all of the issues/recommendations at the end of our time together.

Very through in his evaluation explained all of the error codes and helped me determine what needed to be addressed and what could wait. All without me ever leaving home!
