This is the way things like this should be done. The convenience is really exceptional for anyone who does not have the time to sit around at the dealer or auto shop. Kevin arrived as expected with all the parts needed and a couple extra just in case. He triple checked my tests and confirmed the alternator was bad. His processes were logical and smart. This was his first of the newer Hyundai Santa Fe's, but he handled it very well. He had every tool he needed, was very easy to communicate with and insisted on answering all of my questions, even the naive ones.
