Ended up paying about $280. This was comparable to what I was quoted at different auto shops, but with the added convenience that I could stay home with my newborn baby. The ONLY downside is that when I called customer support to talk about my invoice, I was very obviously given some people in India with no energy and no problem solving skills. Seemed to just read off a script. but Carlos was awesome and helped me out greatly. I will be booking him for my next service if possible

I made an appointment to have my brake rotors/disc replaced. On the day I scheduled my car services- it ended up raining. Willie checked in, moved my appointment, and continued to communicate through out the day until he was able to come work on my car. He took great car to make the repairs ANNNDDD SAVED ME MONEY by only doing what was necessary (only one of the rotors needed replacing). A blessing.
