Ok, besides the wiring harness, there are 3 components of the electronic throttle control system - the electronic throttle body, the APP(accelerator pedal position sensor) and the PCM(powertrain control module) Based upon both symptoms and prior experience with this vehicle, I suspect either the APP sensor is faulty or the wiring harness that connects to it is faulty, most likely due to stretched wiring going to the harness Thanks for using Just Answer and letting me help you.
