杆was good and explained everything, this was the first time I used this service. They had the appointment before mine take longer than normal, so he attempted to reschedule because he was running behind. Since I could not reschedule, Rod came out as he originally promised and took care of business. So he showed up 45 minutes after our appointment, but was understandable and Rod clearly communicated every step of the way. I had his cell phone also so I could communicate with him directly (if needed) and not a dispatcher, which was good to know.

Very nice and polite, patient and helpful.

Oil change was fast and Rod was respectful, however the tires were not rotated as paid for. Not sure if it was a scheduling issue
