Words can't describe how helpful David was. He responded to all my messages prior to our appointment and he was able to talk with me on the phone as well to discuss the problems my car was having. He showed up the next day right on time and he got on the job right away. I was there through the whole process and he was explaining to me every step of the way. If you guys need a true mechanic, book yourself David, you won't be disappointed.

This has been a very positive experience. Mr shaw contacted me an hour prior to appt. ,to let me know that he would be arriving shortly, and he did. There was a minor issue about service to be performed/parts needed,he calmly and competently resolved the issue,went to work and repaired my vehicle. I was hesitant about trying this service. Mr Shaw exuded competency and professionalism,and I AM IMPRESSED, will definately use again and recommend to others. I have never written a review before, but this experience warrants it. Terry is a positive representation of ability,professionalism, and more importantly customer service.
