Chris is an absolute pleasure, I decided to get an additional inspection due to the fact that I felt that Pep Boys in Temecula from master mechanic Asian ethnicity named Vu... was trying to rip me off, the information that they gave me was not adding up, so I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did , I saved thousands of dollars, pep boys were saying I needed a whole new engine, With a detailed diagnosis from chris Pep boys were incorrect and I did get a refund from Pep Boys, I talk pep Boys corporate office and discipline action is being implemented, thank you Chris, you made my day justice was served.
