Due to difficulties beyond his control, he was given the wrong alternator by the parts store, the job was somewhat frustrating and took longer than anticipated but he persisted and got the job done. I am pleased with Bretts performance, with the outcome of the job and with the "Your Mechanic" operation. Very punctual, nice and polite got to the task at hand very promptly and answered all my questions in between. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked him, although there was really no work done (it was a diagnostic on a check engine light) I felt like I was in good hands and looks like I found myself a mechanic I can trust and help me keep my car running like new.
