I appreciate that level of communication. Because of a previous good experience with Your Mechanic, I decided to retain him. Jonathan showed-up exactly on time (to the minute), that's a difficult task, in this part of Florida. (traffic is terrible). I needed to cancel one of the services, he didn't pressure me to change my mind. He came prepared with everything he needed. The work was done well within the allotted time and met the quote I was given in advance.
