This is the 2nd time he has been out to work on my Trucks. Unfortunately this time William was not able to solve my dilemma. However he sat with me at the Computer and showed me how many others are having the same problems and how many of them are solving them. However, he also showed me that in most cases these "created remedies" would most certainly be a reason for any car warranty to become void. He told me what I needed and also that I did not need to go to the Dealer where I bought the truck. The warranty is with Dodge/Chrysler, not the dealer. So I can go to the Dodge dealer here in Naples (a much much closer location). He was honest, straight forward and right to the point, making no beans about the best solution. I am disappointed of course, but also now know more than before he came. I will gladly have him work on my truck(s) in the future. Kris King

William was very accommodating in his visit and work. He was ALL of the six (6) performance E’s. Efficient, Effective, Energetic, Endearing, Excited, Excellent. I would have to add a couple but they don’t fit in that “E” thing above and that would be informative! I had something planned and he was quick to set me straight!
