This was my first time using YourMechanic.com and I am super glad I did. After booking my diagnostic appt, Chris called me within minutes to get an idea of what was happening with my car so he knew what tools to bring for my inspection. He arrived early and was very polite and sociable. He got to work on inspecting my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained and showed me the parts of the engine that were causing my concern. He wrote up the recommended repairs and gave the price quote. He was a very nice guy and was very honest. If I ever need a mechanic again I will be booking Chris. Thank you.
