Needed my front struts replaced. Shaun was originally unable to remove the springs from the strut due to the spring's high tension - he took the shocks back to his place where he had an air compressor and finished the job before I got out of work. All throughout this he remained intention about staying communicative - very professional! I'd say - a good job! Car's working fine now.
