My original appointment was for 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning, but Simon called late afternoon the day before to see if I was available that evening. I really appreciated him calling to see if I wanted an earlier appointment. He arrived on time for the evening appointment. He was friendly, and replaced my battery in a very short time. This was my second time using Your Mechanic, and my experience with Simon was great.
