Graham returned with the parts required (wheel hub assembly), and in a short time had my car back on the road again. He discussed a couple of concerns regarding the service, including a couple of common additional parts that may be found bad in the process. Everything went well, and he was done in less than the estimated time. He really knows what he is doing, and finds the best and quickest ways to get it done. He went out of his way to come back today after diagnosing the problem yesterday; the site showed the earliest available appointment was a few days out. He came by after finishing another job. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in the northwest/west suburbs of Chicago.
