Chris was awesome. I booked an appt for the following day. He then texts and offers to come out same day to diagnose the problem. That was such a tremendous help. It turns out the starter needed to be replaced. He then came by the next day earlier than scheduled and had the car fixed within an hour. Chris was a true professional. Great guy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work faster than estimated (about 50% faster). Every thing looked good and felt good in the car afterwards. The only reason for the 4 vs. 5 stars is because he was late to the appointment time. No biggie. :)
