Jim was extremely professional. He called in the morning to let me know approximately when to expect him, then followed that up with a call when he was on his way. When he arrived he let me show him the issue I was having and he confirmed that the requested repairs should resolve it. When he was done he showed me what he repaired and explained what he did and had me test everything out to make sure it was to my liking. He was exceptionally thorough and answered all of my questions.
