Wasn't there, but it seemed fine and he texted me w/a detail on one issue, which was appreciated. I wish the report itself were more specific, w/a 1-10 rating rather than Pass/Fail. does that mean just barely passed and will fall apart in 3 most., or it's virtually as good as new.
