The 2nd person I spoke to was not helpful, she didn’t listen and was argumentative. I asked to speak to their supervisor. I was told their supervisor was gone for the day and he will call me back the next day. To cut a long story short, the supervisor called on day #3, he was nice, he said he spoke to Shaun and issued me a refund for the $62.00. Overall, good experience with Shaun and the supervisor. With that said, I did not like the backbreaking fatiguing experience with their telephone customer service.
