Hi there. If the turn signals will come on, but will not blink then the flasher module has failed. This module is what turns the lights off and on when the turn signal or hazards are used. It is possible that there is a bad bulb also, but the module is the most likely cause. A mechanic would first check the module for voltage to verify that there are not any wiring concerns prior toreplacing the flasher.
